  • Ability to handle multiple complex initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, with strong project management and organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate, influence, and build partnerships across cross-functional teams to drive business priorities and strategic initiatives.

  • Data-driven mentality with experience leveraging performance metrics and customer insights to optimize campaigns, engagement, and customer experience.

  • Proactive, adaptable approach capable of identifying and driving growth, optimization, and continuous improvement opportunities.

  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word; experience with Salesforce, Tableau, Workfront, CMS tools, or similar platforms a plus.

  • Knowledge of Fidelity, financial services, or philanthropy preferred.

The Team

You will be a member of the Fidelity Charitable Marketing Team. We are responsible for marketing campaigns to educate and raise awareness of Fidelity Charitable and donor-advised funds, then to drive product engagement and loyalty after account opening. As part of this dynamic and collaborative team, you will partner across functions to support critical projects and campaigns. Building trust, developing strong relationships, and maintaining a growth mindset are essential to the team's success.
