About the Role
As the VP, Treasury Management Officer, you will lead and shape the Bank's treasury management function, ensuring top-tier services for commercial clients. You'll partner with lenders and relationship teams to understand client needs, design tailored treasury solutions, and ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support. You will also provide strategic direction to the AVP, Treasury Management, helping drive operational excellence across all treasury services.
What You'll Do
Lead the Bank's treasury management services, ensuring efficient implementation and exceptional client support.
Guide and mentor treasury management staff, providing coaching, training, and performance oversight.
Partner with commercial lenders and relationship teams to assess client cash management needs and recommend solutions.
Participate in client meetings to uncover treasury opportunities and ensure smooth service delivery.
Oversee the setup, onboarding, and maintenance of treasury services, including ACH, wires, remote deposit capture, positive pay, and digital banking solutions.
Ensure accurate, compliant implementation of treasury services while coordinating with operations and technology support.
Assist with treasury proposals, pricing structures, and product recommendations.
Serve as a subject matter expert on treasury products, services, and best practices.
Educate internal teams to enhance cross-department collaboration and client solutions.
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field.
5+ years of banking experience in treasury management, cash management, commercial banking, or related financial services.
Strong knowledge of treasury products, including ACH, wire transfers, remote deposit capture, positive pay/fraud prevention, and digital banking platforms.
Experience collaborating with commercial clients and internal teams to implement treasury solutions.
Proven ability to oversee or coordinate treasury implementations and onboarding.
Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
Strong consultative client service, communication, relationship-building, organizational, and project management skills.
