The Role
The Director of Fidelity Digital Assets® Finance will be heavily involved in the process of continuing to build out the foundation of our Fidelity Digital Assets Services finance capabilities and will be asked to seek out and drive new projects that add value to the business. Some of the known key focus areas that will require support include:
- Business case support including product level PL development.
- Develop and implement new pricing capabilities, including client PLs, segment-level pricing strategies, and product pricing.
- Development of financial data analytics and competitive updates to functional business heads.
- Drive new product and feature implementation across the broader Finance function.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
Fidelity Digital Assets® is an exciting business unit that is focused on bringing emerging concepts to life in the digital asset arena and delivering those solutions to Fidelity clients and prospects. It is the first step towards a long-term vision to create a full-service enterprise-grade platform for storing, trading, and servicing eligible digital assets.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent; MBA or advanced degree a plus
- 7 years of financial planning and analysis experience
- Ability to discern vital data for key decisions and work with business partners to compile executive level analysis and presentations.
- Intellectual curiosity and familiarity with digital assets, including Bitcoin and Ethereum
- Keenly apply financial and accounting principles to a variety of standard and ad-hoc analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with Finance and business partners at varying levels of the organization.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Timely and successful delivery of decision-ready financial information to our business partners
- Ability to go above and beyond the base level of analysis help with strategy on key business decisions.
- The ability to take sophisticated topics and explain the key points to technical and non-technical audiences.

Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
