Lead Financial Analyst
Join Adobe's world-class FP&A organization as a Lead Financial Analyst, partnering with Adobe Technology Services (ATS) and Procurement. In this role, you'll operate at the intersection of finance and software, crafting how Adobe invests in and optimizes its enterprise software ecosystem, including AI platforms and developer tools. You'll drive financial strategy focused on usage optimization and cost efficiency. This fast-paced role offers the opportunity to collaborate with technology and procurement leaders to influence how software scales across the company.
Enterprise Software & AI StrategyTake ownership of and develop reporting for Adobe's enterprise software portfolio, covering spend management, usage trends, vendor concentration, and risk insights
Lead financial oversight of strategic AI tools and platforms (e.g., Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude), tracking adoption, and cost efficiency
Strengthen the operating model across Finance, ATS, and Procurement for new software agreements, renewals, and commercial negotiations
Evaluate and recommend efficient cost allocation models (e.g., centralization vs. chargeback) to improve transparency, accountability, and scalability
Serve as a trusted advisor to ATS leadership, delivering actionable insights to inform strategic decisions and drive business outcomes
Lead end-to-end forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting for the ATS organization
Coordinate monthly and quarterly close processes in partnership with the India FP&A team, including variance analysis, risk and opportunity identification, and headcount reporting
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
7+ years of FP&A or related financial analysis experience.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.

Expected Pay Range:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $128,700 $243,850 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
