Cost Management Lead
Ink Supplies Completion Operation is looking for an advanced subject matter expert in driving cost management who will lead and deliver solutions and use analytics to explore & identify operational efficiency and cost savings opportunities. In addition, the individual will lead cost analysis with manufacturing partner. The individual will be interfacing with various partners within ISDO, including CSS (Consumer Service Subscription) GBU, supplies GBU, contract manufacturing partners and Finance.
Roles and Responsibilities:- Lead and manage key financial programs involving multiple functions and program teams to drive cost management and implementation for PL1N and PLGD.
- Cost Program Manager for Ink Supplies and Instant Ink Supply Chain, owning bottom?up cost modeling, projections, cost savings, and financial narratives that support month?end close, quarterly reviews, and long?term planning (LTP & Budget) for ISCO and CSS Supply Chain.
- Budget negotiation and creation, raising the Purchase Orders BPO once a quarter, invoice audits.
- Influence the development of program strategies and long-term cost and savings roadmap
- Leads and provides guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members to set an example of program cost management innovation and excellence
- Apply data analytics to identify supply chain efficiency and cost savings opportunity, industry knowledge applications or optimize performance solutions in partnership with technical teams.
- Be an advocate on the use of analytics and AI to pursue digital transformation and efficiency.
- Influence peers, partners, senior leaders to pursue potential changes and opportunity
- Develops schedules, critical deliverables and other support requirements for budget and long-term planning.
Knowledge and Skills:
Excellent financial cost analysis and cost saving strategies. Excellent leadership and project management skill. Strong business acumen and technical knowledge across multiple business units Effective communication: Ability to effectively communicate program plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options at senior leadership levels and with manufacturing partner. Able to work well under pressure and tight schedule. Able to accurately manage details while clearly see the big picture. Flexible to work with partners in different regions and time zones.
Education and Experience Required:
Graduate Degree or Post Graduate degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence. Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in Finance, operations, or a related field is preferred
Location: The candidate may sit out of the Corvallis, OR or Vancouver, WA metro area.
Salary:
The pay range for this role is $116,150 to $150,000 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
