Strategic Planner

Lee Health is at a pivotal moment, transitioning from a public to a not-for-profit health system. This transformation requires a focused and analytically driven strategic direction to guide future growth and impact. The Strategic Planner will play a pivotal role in architecting Lee Healths multi-year strategic planning process.

In this critical role, the Strategic Planner will leverage data-driven insights to transform strategic priorities into actionable goals and collaborate with executives, service line leaders, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and feasibility. This individual must combine vision, analytical rigor, and project management expertise to influence the organizations path and achieve measurable outcomes.

Educational Requirements Required:

• Bachelor's degree

Preferred:

• Master's or advanced degree

Experience Requirements Required:

• 5 years in strategic planning or corporate development
