Senior EMPO Analyst

Location: Hybrid downtown Chicago (local only) Interview Mode: Virtual 2 rounds Type: Contract

Need someone that understands the regulatory/audit space from a process and procedures standpoint.

• Process, policies, procedures for risk mitigation and building frameworks
• Mitigates risks by putting controls in place policies support that
• Working within PMO and Jira
• Expertise with Excel
• Ideally this person would also understand how a PMO works (Project and Program Mgmt Process and procedures)
• PMO procedures (charters/change requests/phase gates/status rpts/etc) are all auditable things that happen on a monthly basis. Due to this, there is an extensive approval flow to get anything done and they want this person to come in and really drill into these processes and find ways to simplify and find efficiencies (get from 30 approvals needed down to 2 approvals needed for example)
• Each procedure has different controls so they will really be taking a hard look into those and associated status
• Must be an effective communicator outgoing and can work with a dynamic team! Crisp, polished
• So we are looking for someone that can work independently and has experience working within the PMO (or with) and has some expertise in regulated policies and procedures within capital markets or financial markets or other highly regulated environments
