SCM Consultant

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret structured and unstructured data related to end-to-end supply chain operations
• Support the design and implementation of supply chain solutions, leveraging practical application through extensive understanding of:
• Network strategy and optimization
• Warehouse design and operational improvements
• Logistics and transportation planning
• Inventory and demand planning
• Automation utilization and optimization
• Conducting DC operational time studies, process assessments, and benchmarking exercises
• Use proprietary and industry tools for solution development and modeling
• Prepare client-facing presentations and support delivery of recommendations
• Contribute to internal tool development and capability building
• Travel to client sites as required (approx. 50% travel)
• Develop and implement SCM strategies and process, as well as implementation to ensure efficient running of the procurement process
• Ensure Supply Chain Management policies are updated according to new legislation
• Manage internal and external customer/supplier relations
• Strong WMS, TMS, and LMS knowledge
• Extensive understanding on Slotting optimization concepts, Digital Twin use, and Transportation requirements including regulatory and operational
• Operational experience highly preferred
