The Federal Mortgage Loan Officer will specialize in managing a full range of loan types, working primarily with a low monthly volume of 1-20 loans. This role involves collaborating closely with both sales and underwriting teams to ensure smooth loan origination and processing using proprietary loan software. The position focuses on delivering exceptional customer support and maintaining integrity throughout the loan application and documentation processes without the need for travel.

Responsibilities

• Originate mortgage loans across all loan types
• Review loan applications and supporting documentation for accuracy and compliance
• Provide responsive customer support throughout the loan process

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in mortgage lending
• NMLS License
• Knowledge of mortgage loan origination
• Experience with customer relationship management
