The Role

In the role of Dining Room Coordinator, you will make VIP guests enjoy world-class dining service, from setup to service, to breakdown, all supervised by our Dining Room Manager. Your position will play a vital part in sustaining our high standards and designing memorable dining occasions which embody Fidelity's dedication to excellence!

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

To succeed in this position, you will need a combination of demonstrated skill and strong motivation. We require at least a GED or equivalent experience, with a college degree being advantageous. Your experience should involve fine dining, and knowledge of allergens and dietary needs is helpful. Certifications such as Servsafe and FARE allergen training are preferred.

Your abilities should include a firm grasp of fine dining service protocols, food and drink combinations, and knowledge of cooking techniques. You must manage dining and beverage tools skillfully and show excellent interpersonal communication skills. Maintaining discretion with confidential guest information is crucial. You should also work well within a group setting and adjust quickly in a busy hospitality atmosphere.

Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.

The base salary range for this position is $44,000-80,000 USD per year.

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
