Financial Advisor – Relationship Manager (Omaha, NE)
Deliver an Exceptional Client Experience in Wealth Management
Are you driven by building long-term relationships and delivering a high level of client service? Do you take pride in staying proactive, organized, and ensuring clients feel fully supported?
We are seeking a Relationship Manager to support and strengthen existing client relationships within a collaborative, team-based advisory model.
What You’ll Do
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client relationships
- Build trust through consistent, proactive communication
- Maintain a deep understanding of each client’s goals and financial picture
Client Experience & Retention
- Ensure clients feel supported, informed, and engaged
- Coordinate and participate in client meetings and reviews
- Follow through on all requests and action items
Account Oversight & Coordination
- Monitor client accounts and ensure alignment with planning strategies
- Coordinate with internal teams across planning, investments, and operations
- Keep all client information organized and up to date
Relationship Expansion
- Identify opportunities to deepen relationships
- Support introductions to additional family members or entities

What We’re Looking For
Experience
- 3–10+ years in wealth management, financial planning, or relationship management
- Experience with high-net-worth clients preferred
Skillset
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships
- Team-oriented mindset
Licensing
- Series 65 (or ability to obtain within 90 days) preferred
- CFP or similar designation is a plus
