Location: Tampa, FL (also open to other locations based on role)
Job Type: Full-Time Compensation: $85,000 – $200,000
annually Base salary + incentive-based compensation (bonus and/or commission)

Regional VP of Sales (External)
- High-net-worth client focus
- Qualified lead flow provided
- Emphasis on client acquisition and relationship development
Financial Services VP of Sales (Inside Sales)
- Team-based, structured environment
- Focus on inbound opportunities and client conversion
Portfolio Counselor
- Blend of onboarding and consultative work
- Work with warm prospects and existing client relationships
Investment Counselor (Advisor Alternative)
- Work with an existing high-net-worth client base
- No prospecting required
- Focus on portfolio guidance and long-term client relationships
WealthBuilder Investment Counselor (Entry-Level Advisor Alternative)
- Client-facing advisory role with training provided
- Focus on financial planning and client education
- Hybrid flexibility available after the first year
Compensation (Entry-Level Role Example)
- Base salary starting around $85,000
- Performance-based bonuses (semi-annual)
- Total compensation potential around $105,000 annually
Ideal Background
- Experience in wealth management, advisory, or client-facing financial services
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Series 65 or 66 preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- CFP, CFA, or similar designations are a plus
