Overview
A large, established wealth management platform is expanding and actively seeking experienced financial professionals across multiple advisor and sales roles within its Private Client and Sales organization.
These opportunities are designed for individuals who want to work within a highly structured, well-supported environment with access to qualified lead flow, strong infrastructure, and long-term career growth.
Open Roles
Regional VP of Sales (External)
- High-net-worth sales role
- Qualified lead flow provided
- Focus on client acquisition and relationship development
Financial Services VP of Sales (Inside Sales)
- Structured, team-based environment
- Focus on inbound opportunities and client conversion
Portfolio Counselor (NCC)
- Hybrid onboarding and consultative work
- Work with warm prospects and existing client relationships
Investment Counselor (FA Alternative)
- Advisory role with a provided high-net-worth client roster
- No prospecting required
- Focus on portfolio guidance, quarterly reviews, and long-term client relationships
WealthBuilder Investment Counselor (Entry-Level Advisor Alternative)
- Client-facing advisory role with training provided
- Focus on long-term financial planning discussions and market education
- Hybrid eligibility after 12 months
Compensation (WealthBuilder – Entry Level):
- Approximately $85,000 base salary
- Semi-annual bonuses
- Total compensation around $105,000 annually
Ideal Background
- Experience in wealth management, advisory, or client-facing financial services
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
- Many candidates hold Series 65 or 66
- Designations such as CFP, CFA, or ChFC are a plus
