Registered Sales Assistant– NORTH JERSEY BROKERAGE

Sales Assistant needed to support top producing brokers. Successful candidate must be an articulate, service-oriented team player with great math and communication skills. Ability to solve problems and be an independent and critical thinker. Must be able to handle some marketing/business development tasks as well as being able to recognize future business opportunities if presented. Accuracy is crucial. Position will include diverse duties with need for demonstrated experience working with Excel.

Functions:

• Provide brokers with marketing and sales assistance
• Provide sales back-up to assigned brokers
• Work with brokers to research and resolve customer questions and concerns
• Assist in preparation of various required reports
• Help generate potential sales leads

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience in brokerage field
• Series 7 & 63 required
• Demonstrated experience with Excel
• Excellent communication skills, accuracy and attention to detail
