  • 10+ years of direct client engagement, support and growing financial planning, investments and insurance opportunities.
  • Series 65, 7, Virginia Insurance License required. A CFP credential rewarded.
  • Accepts individual accountability for maximizing the team approach in financial services.
  • Capability to present estate planning seminar material, convert seminar attendees to a consultation conversation on our proprietary 3 Step Process for planning, and ultimately convert to a client with $500,000+ investable assets. Seventy-five percent of the role is new business development through the estate planning seminars. The average seminar attendance is 40 prospects. The advisor does not source the attendees. We fill your funnel.
  • Advisor collaborates with our in-house financial planner to deliver plans & recommendations.
  • Advisor collaborates with our investment committee to craft investment solutions.
  • Assume responsibilities for reviewing existing client planning strategies, investments and insurance accounts with status and recommendations.
  • The right candidate desires a track to ownership, and we have one.
  • The advisor is an employee with a base salary, quarterly production bonuses and a full benefit suite. We do not hire contractors.
