Head of Investments

Cache Financials Inc is a stealth-mode fintech startup based in San Francisco Bay Area. We are building a next-generation wealth management application for high-net-worth individuals. We are funded by top-tier investors (First Round Capital) and have built a stellar technology team with experience at Waymo, Robinhood, Uber, Facebook, and more.

We are currently looking for our first hire on the Investments team.

Ideal Candidate requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience across a broad range of investment vehicles.
• Proven ability to design innovative investment solutions and a respected thought leader in the space.
• Deep understanding of portfolio management, fund administration, fund operations, and fund accounting.
• Ability to analyze and model equity portfolios, and articulate the merits and risks of specific portfolios. Experience building and analyzing risk frameworks.
• Strong quantitative skills, and experience with various portfolio testing methodologies.
• Deep knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Hands-on experience with client relations and investor-related record management.
• Strong educational background in Economics / Finance. CFA and CPA qualifications are a plus.
• Aptitude to acquire necessary FINRA certifications within three months of employment. Series 7, 24, 66, 82 are relevant for our business, and pre-existing qualification is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. Quick learner that can participate and provide feedback during product design and technical architecture discussions.
• A strong, empathic leadership style. Proven ability to hire, mentor, and motivate a broad team of investment professionals.
