Consumer & Small Business Banking Technology (CSBBT) is a customer-focused organization that delivers the next generation of payments capabilities; advances digital offerings; enables innovation to develop new customer experiences and products; and enhances digital channels, branches, contact centers, and ATM technologies

The Move Money-Teller Value stream needs a Senior Technical Analyst to partner with Value Stream leader, product owners, systems architects, and senior engineers to develop product functional and technical strategy for the Teller domain, including development of actionable short and long-term product roadmaps and shaping prioritized features. This position will be responsible for the following:
  • Responsible or (feature, epic) backlog prioritization and management and act as the point of escalation for competing priorities among technology and business stakeholders for capacity planning across the Teller scrum teams.
  • Accountable for sizing/estimating and alternative solution analysis.
  • Partner with product and engineering managers to ensure effective solution analysis and ensure that key areas of technology risk including security, stability, and scalability are addressed in solution analysis.
  • Act as a lead to the individual business systems analysts on the scrum teams providing training and mentoring and ensuring adherence to standards and the sharing of best practices.
  • As necessary they will step in and work directly on individual user stories to ensure they are groomed to be made ready for a scrum teams next sprint.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of technology experience
  • 7+ years of technology experience across multiple domains within infrastructure architecture
  • 5+ years of business systems analysis or design experience

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience managing multiple medium technology development efforts within a major line of business
  • Ability to influence across all organizational levels, particularly senior management
  • Ability to document and describe complex transactions and manage due diligence
  • Knowledge and understanding of the SVT (Store Vision Teller) system
  • Experience defining and/or developing business initiatives that require integration of multiple technology systems
  • 1+ year of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) experience

Other Desired Qualifications
  • Knowledge about current teller system, TellerView, a plus.

Salary Information

The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.

NC-Charlotte: Min: $98,000 Mid: $140,000
