Wealth and Investment Management Technology (WIMT) is looking for a Statement of Work (SOW) Management Lead, supporting the ongoing needs of third party contracts management. This Leader will own all aspects of SOW management, from ideation through signature and execution. Furthermore, the leader will build out effective and efficient processes to manage SOW's as well as continuously implement improvement programs. The Leader will be accountable for providing regular updates to Executive Leadership pertaining to the current portfolio of SOW's as well as those in the ideation & signature phases. The Leader will partner directly with Global Sourcing, the Offshore Program, and other entities in performing the requisite duties.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of technology experience
  • 5+ years of vendor management experience
  • 5+ years of contract negotiation and pricing experience
  • 7+ years of procurement and supply chain management experience
  • 4+ years of experience compiling and preparing executive summaries, whitepaper, and presentations for management or senior leaders
  • 3+ years of Microsoft office suite experience such as PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Word
  • 3+ years of SharePoint experience

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience managing multiple medium technology development efforts within a major line of business
  • Ability to influence across all organizational levels, particularly senior management
  • Experience applying Wells Fargo Style Guide and brand standards
  • Tableau experience
  • 3+ years of JIRA experience

Job Expectations

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
