Wells Fargo is looking to hire a Quality Assurance Analyst 4 in our Wells Fargo Home Lending who has a strong desire and passion to deliver an exceptional experience in helping customers with their home loan applications. Roles & Responsibilities:

*Responsible for file review of complex home loan applications.

-Responsible for handling the most complex quality assurance risk activities utilizing documented procedures.

-Assesses problems and issues in accordance with standard operating procedures to ensure activities follow the necessary internal and external regulatory and risk management practices.

-Serves as a liaison to management on matters relative to policies and procedures. Reviews analysis and trending of findings.

-Works with management to identify changes to impact future quality, test development and reporting on results.

-May collaborate with management for exceptions to guidelines.

-May act as a Team Leader for lower level Quality Assurance Analysts.

-Provides project work direction and training to more junior staff including coaching lower level analysts on quality assurance, department operations, procedures and policies.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: quality assurance, financial services administration, loan documentation, loan servicing, underwriting or risk evaluation demonstrated through work or military experience

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to interact with all levels of an organization

Other Desired Qualifications
  • 5+ yrs demonstrated experience underwriting Agency and Non-Agency loans
  • Experience underwriting and decisioning Agency and Non-Agency credit and/or exceptions
  • Ability to handle confidential material in a professional, highly ethical manner
  • Knowledge and understanding of Home Equity processes
  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
  • Experience managing a pipeline of work from assignment to completion
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to a fast paced and changing business environment
  • Wells Fargo Origination System experience - CORE (Internals)

Salary Information

The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.

NC-Charlotte: Min: $56,800 Mid: $80,000
MN-Minneapolis: Min: $56,800 Mid: $80,000
AZ-PHX-Northwest Phoenix: Min: $56,800 Mid: $80,000
IL-Lombard: Min: $62,500 Mid: $88,000
