Enterprise Finance drives financial management for the company and maintains and enhances risk and financial controls. Key functions within Enterprise Finance include finance and accounting; Treasury; corporate development, mergers, and acquisitions; Data Management and Insights, the Customer Remediation Center of Excellence, Enterprise Shared Services, Business Process Management, and Corporate Strategy. Enterprise Finance informs shareholders, regulators, taxing authorities, team members, and leaders of the company's financial performance through earnings releases, investor meetings and conferences, and meetings with regulators and credit rating agencies, following appropriate reporting guidelines. They also maintain and enhance risk and financial controls and lead many of the company's shared services functions including corporate properties, security, and global services.
  • Accountable iGrafx [RM] Business Process Repository - Data Management and Governance activities and oversight and also for the data management project delivery.
  • Serves as the primary liaison between the business units and various support partners (EFT, BPM Tech) in achieving business deliverables; includes: planning and implementation of strategies, policies and process advancements around iGrafx tool and functionality.
  • Establishes priorities and drives accountability for PD Data and Tech initiatives, providing thought leadership to ensure solutions are designed, integrated and controlled to optimize effectiveness, account for all aspects of risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate.
  • Works with key internal and/or external partners, possibly including agency representatives, regulators and auditors, to distill complex concepts into pragmatic and simplified/targeted solutions.
  • Develops and implements reporting/information delivery/presentations with key stakeholders and senior management within responsible area, including root cause, cost/benefit, and risk analyses.
  • May provide direction to a cross-functional team using business acumen and expertise.
  • Manage a team of senior Enterprise Process Repository Librarians, Data Scientists, Data Analysts & Data Management and Implementation Consultants responsible for maintain the data within the enterprise process asset library.
  • Working closely with BPM Tech Delivery, BPM Practices and Enterprise Functions Technology and other stakeholders to ensure robust interfaces b/w iGrafx and other applications - bot incoming and out coming are built.
  • Responsible for managing data operations within iGrafx - supporting both BPM Factory as well as Process Change Management functions.
  • Provide business requirements to BPM Tech and BPM Practices on effective ways to manage and provision data within iGrafx
  • Responsible for coordinating roadmap and requirement gathering session with Frontline and Staff GBPM and Process Champions
  • Responsible for approving business process requirements for each release as the Product Owner
  • Responsible for leading UAT/ business acceptance testing for all releases as the business process owner
  • Responsible for business communication, education and ensuring learning for all releases are build and delivered on time
  • Responsible for reviewing and approving the function and technical design for each release
  • Responsible for working closely with BPM Practice and BPM Tech to design an operational processes generating out of Tech build.
  • Responsible for leveraging global talent to execute and run the data management operations for the process asset library/ repository, including driving opportunities to reduce cost to run data management operations.
  • Responsible for managing all data exception handling within the repository and solving data quality gaps
  • Responsible for escalating any data violations, exceptions in line with BPM or any other WF policy.
  • Responsible for all data remediation and partnering with Process Change Management and BPM Factory team to remediate all data exceptions/ remediation
  • Responsible for producing data health metrics, library maintenance metrics etc. to make management aware of any anomalies or exceptions
  • Driving management by fact
  • Responsible for managing a team which is responsible for managing iGrafx repository which includes and is not limited to creation of folder structure in iGrafx, loading of enterprise standard object libraries, folder structure execution of any additional task to complete foundational setup for the LOB to start their process documentation in iGrafx.
  • Prior experience in managing large scale and complex data operations and transformation projects and teams will be considered a plus (e.g. GL operations, Master Data Management operations etc.,)
  • Prior experience in senior data management and operations role will be preferable

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: business support, project management, implementation, business operations or strategic planning in financial services
  • 5+ years of leadership experience

  • iGrafx, ProVision or other enterprise process modeling experience
  • Relational database experience

Other Desired Qualifications
  • Prior Management and/or Technology Consulting Background
  • Prior experience in leading Master Data Management and Governance functions or building MDM strategy for the organization or business function
  • Experience in running large scale master data management operations
