We are operating in Hyderabad, Bengaluru and Chennai locations.

Department Overview:
The Enterprise Analytics and Data Science team is looking for a new team member for the Analytic Quality Review (AQR) team, which plays the critical role of performing advanced quality reviews of high-risk data analysis activities


About the Role:


Analytic Consultant 3 is an individual contributor role within Analytic Quality Review (AQR). In this role, the individual is expected to Play a role of performing advanced quality reviews of high-risk data analysis activities including customer remediation population identification and complex regulatory and legal data requests, supporting data governance and oversight, and partnering with technology to operate the data infrastructure for the company.

    • Understand business objectives and provide challenge to analysis requirements.
    • Verify sound analysis practices and data decisions were leveraged throughout planning and data sourcing phases.
    • Conduct in-depth research within complex data environments to identify data integrity issues, and propose solutions to improve analysis accuracy.
    • Ensure comprehensive documentation exists supporting the end-to-end analysis approach and execution.
    • Communicate results to business partners.
    • Apply critical evaluation to challenge assumptions, formulate a defendable hypothesis, and ensuring high quality analysis results.
    • Ensure adherence to data management/ data governance regulations and policies.
    • In addition use and coach programming languages.


    Market Skills and Certifications



    Essential Skills:
    • Graduate/Post Graduate in quantitative fields such as applied math, statistics, engineering, physics, accounting, finance, economics, econometrics, computer sciences, or business/social and behavioral sciences with a quantitative emphasis.
    • Over 5 years in relevant experience in Analytical Roles.
    • Knowledge of Banking, Non-Lending, Deposits, Welath Investment Management is a plus.
    • Strong experience with data integration, database structures and data warehouses.
    • Persuasive written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment - Soft Skills.

    Desired Skills:
    • Experience in Analytics Review and Documentation
    • Ability to research and report on a variety of issues using problem solving skills.
    • Ability to act with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of team members and management.
    • Ability to multitask, take timely and independent decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment.
    • Available to flex schedule periodically based on business need.
    • Be proactive and get engaged in organizational initiatives.
