Human Resources develops and implements our 'team members, candidates, and operational' strategies to support Wells Fargo's business objectives. This group manages compensation and benefits, human resource service centers, systems and payroll, team member relations and assistance, talent management, learning and development, and recruiting. This is a newly created position that will lead designing and implementing a playbook for Wells Fargo's HR Vendor and Third Party partners that will provide expectations with vendor performance and govern engagements. This is an individual contributor role that will report to the head of Wells Fargo's HR Vendor Management and Global Delivery department.

Wells Fargo's HR Vendor Management and Global Delivery team is responsible for HR's 'build versus buy' strategy for all current and future third-party vendor engagements for consulting, design, and service delivery activities. This will include centralizing vendor strategy and engagement management, as well as establishing our future global HR delivery plan, activities, and the partnerships necessary to enhance our multi-site delivery capabilities and resources.

Key focus areas for each leader include:
  • Establish a collaborative way in working with 3rd party vendors, Wells Fargo Line of Business Leaders and other internal Stakeholders such as Supply Chain, Sourcing, HR Control & Third Party Risk, as well as HR Outsourcing
  • Create and manage governance office to manage performance reviews for all HR vendors and global delivery, ensuring timely closure on milestones
  • Analyze current state, identify areas of opportunities, and implement changes to the process
  • Create and implement a third party governance framework that drives performance reviews by way of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and performance reporting
  • Present SLA metrics and governance updates regularly and accurately to senior leadership
  • Drive Service Level Agreement (SLA) benchmarking initiatives with Wells Fargo's Line of Business groups to determine appropriate performance target levels for each engagement


Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: administrative support, project management, implementation, business operations or strategic planning demonstrated through work or military experience

  • Ability to quickly establish credibility to build and maintain effective working relationships
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and creative problem solving techniques
  • Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities


Other Desired Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience developing, defining and managing 3rd party governance framework and model
  • Strong program management experience
  • Ability to drive initiatives in a cross functional environment, track updates, ensure timely closure on milestones
  • Ability to build quality assurance frameworks, training programs and transition checklists
  • Strong execution and communication skills
  • Development and implementation of metric and reporting definition and management
  • Ability to influence and collaborate at all internal organizational levels, as well as externally
  • Vendor Management or 3rd Party Management experience


Job Expectations

  • Ability to travel up to 5% of the time
