Wealth and Investment Management (WIM) is one of the United States' leading providers of financial and investment services. The Investment Contact Center (ICC) provides service and support for clients of WIM's five lines of business: Abbot Downing, Retirement, Wealth Management, Wells Fargo Advisors (WFA), and Wells Fargo Asset Management (WFAM). Our client-facing teams manage millions of customer contacts each year for retail and institutional clients, plan sponsors, and participants via phone, email, and correspondence. We also have team members who work on support teams in business administration, operations, and strategy and technology. We act as a single, unified, and coordinated channel, with one direction, one voice, and one view, in order to provide exceptional client experiences.

Job Responsibilities: Are you able to provide an exceptional client experience? Do you enjoy a mixture of consulting, educating, servicing and directing? Our most successful team members are punctual, reliable, and are always learning new ways to support our clients and improve the client experience. This is a challenging role with a broad focus that has an impact on our clients every day.

Members of this team assist our clients by servicing brokerage accounts, and educating clients when needed. You may help clients navigate the website, and address a wide range of concerns. Successful team members are able to help act as front-line problem solvers.

The Charlotte, NC location is currently staffed Sunday through Friday between 7:00am and 10:00pm.Specific shifts will be assigned to new team members after training is complete.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience interacting with people or customers, demonstrated through work, military, or education


Desired Qualifications

  • A BS/BA degree or higher
  • Brokerage industry experience
  • Contact center experience
  • Experience working in an Investment Contact Center group
  • Experience processing complex transactions and performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries
  • Ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
  • Ability to troubleshoot common computer problems
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
