We are hiring for an Operations Processor 3 within our Elder Financial Abuse Reporting department. The Operations Processor 3 will:

• Receive and review internal reports of elder or dependent financial abuse. Verify reports for accuracy, spelling and grammar
• Take incoming and place outgoing calls regarding Elder Financial Abuse reports
• Manage work and meet service level agreements
• Takes accountability for entire process from receipt of work to resolution and closure

The schedule for this position is Monday- Friday 8:30am-5pm
Schedule can change due to business needs and overtime may be required.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of operations experience demonstrated through work or military experience

Desired Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to independently provide summary and recommendations on operational data
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
  • Ability to write concisely and clearly
  • Ability to provide strong customer service while actively listening and responding in an appropriate manner
  • Experience working with changing priorities and deadlines
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer screens while working on the phone

Other Desired Qualifications

• Ability to meet and maintain service level agreements.
