Can you build relationships quickly and love to influence outcomes? Workplace Investing Sales is looking for a top-notch internal sales associate! In this role you will be responsible for developing B2B leads for prospective new 401k clients.

As a Regional Sales Consultant your primary responsibility will be prospecting and pursuing leads of prospective new clients by calling on small businesses (plan sponsors) and connecting with the C-suite (Decision Makers) to engage in a conversation around Fidelity's 401k recordkeeping solution! By building relationships with 401(k) prospects you will lead them into our complex sales process, acting as the initial contact, and subsequently being involved in multiple contacts through phone calls, and other marketing efforts, up to the point at which the prospect is willing to move forward.

The Expertise You Have
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • We ask that you have sales and/or financial services experience.
  • We require a FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses and will allow study time to obtain within 2 months of hire.

  • Growing the number of corporate retirement plans sold in an assigned territory
