We're recruiting a Financial Consultant in Little Rock, AR to engage and develop the local Little Rock market.The Purpose of Your Role
You will be provided best-in-class technology for a Full HomeOffice to work remotely at full capacity so that youcan focus on cultivating relationships with an existing clientbase. Your keenbusiness development skills are key to providing the appropriateinvestment solutions to local area clients andhelp expand the acquisition of new customers. You will workprimarily out of your home office and engage with customers locally, at anestablishment of their choosing (i.e. at customer's house, workplace,restaurants, etc.).
The Expertise We're Looking For
• FINRA Series 7 & 63 required prior to hire

• Series 65 and/or 66 and state registrationsrequired within 3 months of hire

• A CFP is preferred; if you don't already haveyour CFP, our Tuition Reimbursement program can help you with classes to obtainit

• You demonstrate a deep understanding offinancial markets, and can effectively simplify complex financial conceptswhile building rapport and credibility with highly valued clientele

• Remarkable knowledge of investment products

• Ability to effectivelywork independently in an assigned territory and successfully grow the businessthrough identified opportunities

• Collaborating virtually withmultiple business partners through the use of video technology allowsyou to craft an unsurpassed customer experience and meet the client's broadrange of investment needs

• Capability to work with sophisticatedtechnology such as video conferencing, digital white boards, and screensharing,

• Impeccable representationof the Fidelity Brand in the local Little Rock area.
