This position can be based anywhere and will virtually cover any branch in the country that is temporarily short an RPC.

The primary responsibility of this virtual Regional Planning Consultant is to coach and develop associates to ensure they possess the skills needed to provide a world-class experience to our clients and grow their books.

The Expertise We're Looking For

  • Sales experience in the financial service industry
  • Series 7 and 63 required
  • Series 66 and/or 65 required or to be obtained within 6 months of hire
  • Insurance licenses required or to be obtained within 6 months of hire
  • CFP certification preferred
  • Advanced Virtual Technology skillset conducting both individual and group based meetings and coaching.


The Purpose of Your Role

You play a vital role in supporting investor center associates and their customers by reinforcing the 5 Client Commitments. The primary responsibility of the Regional Planning Consultant is to coach and develop associates to ensure they possess the skills needed to provide a world-class experience to our clients and grow their books.

The Value You Deliver

  • Providing subject matter expertise on Investment Solutions, Retirement Planning, Income Planning, Asset Protection, and Family/Estate Conversations.
  • Collaborating with branch management and leveraging development plans to ensure associates are improving their skills and abilities to execute in their roles
  • Training branch associates to become highly proficient and effective sales consultants by embracing consultative selling practices
  • Leading by example and demonstrating organized preparation and effective follow up skills
  • Partnering with branch consultants in Virtual client appointments to support the introduction and implementation of appropriate product solutions
  • Supporting the branch culture of growing the business and utilization of Technology to leverage and scale their business and deepen client relationships.
