Can you build relationships quickly and love to influenceoutcomes? Workplace Investing Sales is looking for a top-notch internal salesassociate! In this role you will be responsible for developing B2B leads forprospective new Fidelity Payroll and other workplace solution clients

As Benefits Sales Consultant, your primary responsibilitywill be prospecting and pursuing leads of prospective new clients by calling onsmall businesses (plan sponsors) and connecting with the C-suite (DecisionMakers) to engage in a conversation around Fidelity's Payroll and otherFidelity workplace solutions! By building relationships with prospects, youwill lead them into our complex sales process, acting as the initial contact,and subsequently being involved in multiple contacts through phone calls, andother marketing efforts, up to the point at which the prospect is willing tomove forward.

The Expertise We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • We ask that you have sales and/or financial services experience.
  • We require a FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses and will allow study time to obtain within 2 months of hire.

  • Uncovering new opportunities to present the Fidelity Payroll solution
  • Collaborate with business partners to drive lead execution and pipeline management
  • Delivering and applying consistent sales process to effectively develop territory
  • Growing the number of corporate retirement plans sold in an assigned territory
