The Regional Leader, Managed Solutions is responsible for providing leadership for and execution of the Fidelity Managed Solutions offering. They have direct responsibility leading a team that supports PI branch and phone representatives to generate new business, develop customer relationships, and achieve or exceed sales goals.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic plans and targeted initiatives that support each market and phone site.
  • Partner with the Managed Accounts Regional Vice President to ensure that strategy, messaging, and plan execution is coordinated between the field and the support systems.
  • Partner with PI Managers and Planning & Guidance partners in business planning and execution
  • Partner with other Regional Leaders, Managed Accounts to drive overall Investments Solutions success for shared territories.
  • Leverage tools and resources to recognize success, see opportunities and drive improvement to the overall managed money business.
  • Provide supervisory risk and oversight of policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for coaching, motivating and developing talent for a team of 12 to 15 consultants.
  • Develop the individual and collective skill-set needs of the team
  • Ensure that Investment Solutions Consultant teams understand the goals and strategic direction of Fidelity and Investment Solutions Channel Development
  • Manage and Influence branch/team alignments, relationships, and activities within the territory
  • Make periodic visits to the branches and phone sites covered in the assigned territory.
  • Collaborate with business partners from different areas of Fidelity to foster integration of Managed Accounts and FILI value proposition
  • Represent the voice of the customer to the organization

Education and Experience
  • FINRA Series 7, Series 9, Series 10, Series 65 or 66
  • State Insurance License
  • Experience should be significant and varied in the financial industry
  • Solid understanding of asset allocation, economics and financial planning
  • Strong knowledge of all Fidelity products and industry alternatives
