Asa Stock Plan Consultant, you will be engaging our stock plan participants ontheir equity compensation awards, including Restrict Stock Units and RestrictedStock Awards. Through in-bound and out-bound calls, you'll introduceparticipants to Fidelity's broad offering and excellent services helping toguide them through all their available options while engaging them in deeperconversations about their wealth planning needs.

TheStock Plan Consultant is part of Fidelity's Stock Plan Services organization.We are a leading provider of stock plan administration and service in theUnited States. Our goal is to help every employee improve the value of theirequity compensation program while earning and protecting their trust. The Expertise you have
  • Acollege degree (preferred)
  • Salesacumen with proven experience consulting with customers or clients
  • Effectivephone and e-mail communication skills
  • FINRASeries 7 essential and 63 or 66 preferred, or ability to obtain
  • Comprehensiveunderstanding of the financial services
  • CertifiedEquity Professional (CEP) preferred

  • You have previous salesexperience, preferably within financial services
  • You are passionate aboutinfluencing participant outcomes, you thrive with challenges and you adaptquickly to change
  • You have the ability toconnect with participants while uncovering and addressing their financial needs
  • You have a strong processfor profiling accounts quickly and identifying triggers to engage in deeperconversations
  • You are able to balanceall components of the sales process from profiling and engaging warmopportunities to post conversation follow up and reporting
  • You have excellentinterpersonal, communication and listening skills
  • You are passionate aboutengaging clients to appropriately present solutions

  • You build rapport and openthe conversation with Fidelity participants through profiling and utilizingconsultative skills
  • You leverage equitycompensation expertise and consultative interaction skills to introduce planparticipants to the full breadth of our products and services
  • You partner with otherswithin the organization to drive additional business
