The Team

OurSales to Relationship Solutions Deal Office team within Workplace Investing(WI) Sales strives to win and retain WI clients through superior solutionswhile mitigating risk to the firm. Keeping and growing our client base helpsmaintain our position as the leading 401(k) provider.

The Expertise You Have
  • Minimum 5 years related product/industry experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree, MBA, or other advanced degree a plus
  • Series 7 and 63 required for this position (can obtain in role)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Travel approximately 5 to 10%

The Value You Deliver
  • Project managing the proposal process for sales opportunities including: strategy identification, formulating our proposed services, drafting custom proposal responses, coordination of custom graphics, service model and service level agreement documentation, pricing, and oversight of end to end response.
  • Coordinating all activities for client sales calls and finalist presentations including: agenda development, speaker preparation, site logistics, presentation materials development, and participating in product capabilities and technical demos, as necessary.
  • Conducting product reviews for plans in more than one product/practice-engaging a Solution Architect when applicable- to review plan documents and the proposal to identify non-standard products/services and effectively position alternative solutions throughout the sales process.
  • Organizing review of pricing and all non-standard items with the appropriate review committees including: preparing review documents, determining appropriate meeting attendees, positioning of non-standard items and finding solutions or action plans for proposal responses.
  • Differentiating Fidelity's products and services with high impact customized responses to client inquiries.
  • Staying current with benefits plan trends through client/consultant contact, trade press, and technical publications.
  • Providing input on new products and services based on changing marketplace requirements.
