The Team

The Fidelity Charitable Gift Fund ("Fidelity Charitable") is a public charity that sponsors the largest national donor-advised fund program. Since 1991, Fidelity Charitable has introduced tens of thousands of donors to the benefits - and increased charitable impact - of using a donor-advised fund to meet their philanthropic goals. Fidelity Charitable is governed by an independent Board of Trustees, which has hired Fidelity Investments as the service provider to the charity. Fidelity Investments provides all of the charitable organization's employees and supports all of its functions: Program Development, Marketing, Service Delivery, Relationship Management, Finance, Technology, Risk and Compliance, and Fundraising.

As a Fundraising Associate (FA) your primary responsibility will be consulting with financial advisors and prospective donors via the phone. You will help provide valuable planning ideas to help them achieve their charitable goals.

Being part of the Fundraising Associate team means being an important part of the Fidelity Charitable Fundraising Team. In your role as a FA, you will be receiving inbound calls from financial advisors and prospective donors across the country. Additionally, you will partner closely with the internal and field Fundraising Teams to deliver unique charitable planning solutions. The FA role serves as a developmental entry level position for the Charitable Planning Associate role. Fundraising Associates can earn the opportunity to interview for future CPA positions based on merit after having demonstrated a high level of success.

The Expertise You Have
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Passion for the financial and philanthropic industries
  • Proven experience working within the financial industry and/or service related industry
