Bybecoming a member of WS Performance Solutions team, your work will directlyimpact business outcomes; enable Fidelity associates to continuously develop tomeet the demands of the changing nature of work; and help facilitate careermobility.

The ExpertiseYou Have
  • Musthave a minimum of 5+ years of experience in instructional design anddevelopment, including writing content for varied delivery methods and to alignwith performance objectives, storyboarding, and e-Learning solutions
  • Excellentwritten and oral communication skills with proven predisposition tofacilitating in traditional or virtual classrooms
  • Advancedknowledge of WS policies and procedures, products, systems and platforms,Fidelity practices, financial services industry regulations, market trends, andFidelity business goals or relevant corporate learning experience
  • Abilityto multi-task, manage own workload, and maintain flexibility in a workenvironment with changing priorities
  • Strongcommitment to individual performance and development
  • Bachelor'sdegree required or equivalent work experience
  • FINRASeries 7 licenses permitted, but not required

The Skills You Bring
  • 5+ years of experience designing anddeveloping learning solutions, (e.g. job aids, instructor-led and virtualtraining, reference materials)
  • Strong knowledge and application of adultlearning principles
  • Proven exemplary written and oralcommunication skills
  • Strength in adult facilitation techniques,including virtual delivery
  • Very curious and love to problem solve
  • Agility to move between different tasks,projects, and deliverables
  • Take pride in your work and have adetail-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work well on teams and incross-collaborative environments
  • Eagerness to learn driven by self-motivation,curiosity, and ability to ask questions and challenge the status quo
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge ofMicrosoft Office applications
  • Comfortable exploring and mastering newtechnologies
  • Recognize the impact that effective learningsolutions can have on the performance of an individual, a team, and a businessunit.
