Reporting to the VP of HSA Business Operations& Strategy, the Senior Manager is a strategic role that partners with theHSA team and key leaders across the Fidelity Health Group to develop, refineand execute on their strategic business objectives. This position will leadstrategy and planning work for the HSA business.

The ExpertiseWe're Looking For
  • Collegedegree required
  • 3-7years of relevant experience; experience in financial services, benefitsoutsourcing or healthcare is preferred but not required
  • Managementconsulting experience with a top-tier strategy consulting firm or equivalent isstrongly preferred
  • Demonstratedsuccess at working on teams that deliver complex strategic transformation andgrowth projects
  • Diversityof functional business experience desired

The Purpose of YourRole

The HealthSavings Accounts (HSA) business is a high-growth business within FidelityHealthcare Group. We help our clients address the mounting concern of therising healthcare costs by providing a Health Savings Account solution thathelps cover the near-term healthcare needs as well as to save for the futuremedical expenses, included those in retirement. The Responsibilities of thisrole will include facilitating business planning & strategy evaluations,analysis of the new strategic initiatives, reporting & communicating on theexecution of the strategy.

  • Explorenew growth opportunities following market analysis and develop the businesscases as necessary
  • Facilitatebusiness planning & strategy re-evaluation discussions as necessary
  • Partnerwith appropriate groups to refine product vision and strategy
  • Drivealignment across the Senior Leadership team on strategic vision & direction
  • Provideinputs for financial & resource planning for across all functions

Reporting & Communication
  • Drivethe creation & delivery of executive reviews and other writtencommunication to report progress, achievement, key learnings & pivots
  • Tailorcritical information to a variety of influential audiences
  • Conductcross company sessions to educate partners on the HSA agenda and priorities
