  • Directly supervise Operations staff in the Southwest Region, including hiring, performance reviews, on-going coaching and disciplinary process
  • Research and resolve escalated Financial Advisor and District Vice President compensation, production and GDC inquires/questions
  • Oversee Commission Split Agreements for the region
  • Communicate compliance requirements and conduct complex compliance audits
  • Assist with researching and resolving client account corrections and issues
  • Manage group and plan set ups, group reviews, and escalated group issues
  • Compile and distribute weekly regional reports

What we are looking for

  • Two to five years supervisory experience in the Financial, Insurance, or Banking environment preferred
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational, interpersonal, administrative and communication skills required
  • Strong computer skills required, must be familiar with MS Office Suite (intermediate or advanced skills with Excel required)
  • Self-starter, demonstrated aptitude in learning quickly, problem solving, and flexibility to adapt to varying responsibilities including the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred
