As a Claims Analyst IV, you will be responsible for handling claims from inception through conclusion of Professional Liability matters, including Employment Practices, School Leaders, Public Officials and Miscellaneous Professional Liability exposures.

Duties include investigating & evaluating coverage, analyzing liability and financial exposure, litigation management, negotiating settlements where appropriate, attend mediations/settlement conferences, etc. Interface with insureds, brokers and counsel to resolve claims.
What we are looking for
*Claims or litigation background.
*Employment practices or financial experience is a plus.
*Strong written and verbal communication skills.
*Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
*Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel).
*Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required (Juris Doctor preferred).
