  • Series 7, 9/10, and 63 required or must obtain within 120 days

The Purpose of Your Role 

  • Lead a team of associates who are focused on providing world-class service to our Fidelity Personal Investment clients
  • Develop and coach associates to effectively, accurately and efficiently meet our client's needs
  • Drive culture and associate engagement through coaching, development and a highly customized and personalized approach to team leadership
  • Motivate, inspire, and drive excellence in customer interactions through servicing our clients and supporting customer success though CSS
  • Provide coaching and feedback to associates regarding performance, customer relationship building, and career development
