You are responsible for maximizing client relationships by assessing their business needs and offering creative solutions through retirement, healthcare and emerging Workplace Solutions products.


The Team

Director of Workplace Solutions Sales (DWS) will be responsible for lead generation and business development for key Fidelity products: H&W, HSA, Student Debt, and Workplace Charitable.  

The Expertise You Have

  • Bachelor's degree, MBA a plus

  • 5 years of working in the financial service industry

  • Experience with wholesaling, relationship management, and/or territory development

  • Managing projects and sales pipelines

  • Experience with retirement, healthcare, advice products, student debt and/or workplace charitable products is a plus

  • Familiarity with Fidelity CRM platforms ( a plus.

  • An in-depth knowledge of the sales process, working with internal customers to successfully support the distribution and adoption of product sales referrals.

  • Strong relationship management skills in order to effectively partner with Large, Select and Strategic Relationship Management, WI Sales, and Consultant Relations.

  • Subject Matter Expertise (H&W, HSA and Emerging Products) in order to navigate the sales process including lead generation and pipeline management.      

  • Creates business proposals, marketing presentations, coordinates RFP responses, and other support materials required by Managing Director and Sales teams.

  • Collaborate with relationship management, sales, marketing and other business partners to identify product opportunities to enhance sales. Leverage industry and competitive knowledge to identify solutions to fill gaps.
