As a licensing coordinator you will utilize provided resources and training to familiarize yourself with resident and non-resident licensing requirements in 51 jurisdictions in order to assist our customers, both internal and external in obtaining proper licensure and appointment, affiliation, and maintaining existing licenses at renewal according to state regulations based on how the customer is operating. You will obtain basic knowledge on the options that are made available to our customers for making insurance available and what the licensing requirements are for each. Assisting customers with licensing and appointment will include but not be limited to completing paper applications, online applications, requesting checks and setting follow ups. You will maintain licensing and renewal information across several databases (Nexus, OnBase, PLSearch and PDB). In addition you will assist with project work as needed to ensure that producers licensure and appointment are meeting changing state regulations and communicate changes as needed to customers. You will also assist with other departmental responsibilities such as conducting state research as needed, processing daily mail, filing, scanning, and sending our renewal reminders.

Licensing background is a plus

Job Qualifications:

Previous licensing and/or insurance background is preferred but not required

Post High School Education is preferred but not required
