The Education Consultant role is one of the primary “faces of Fidelity” when dealing with retirement plan participants, delivering onsite and web-based meetings on saving, spending, financial wellness and other topics.


The Team

The Advisor Education Consulting Team works with Fidelity plan sponsors and advisors to deliver high-impact, actionable presentations to employees in Fidelity's 401k retirement plans.  The team also assists the Relationship Management, Implementation, Sales and Communications functions to provide a complete picture of Fidelity's suite of educational offerings.

 The Expertise You Have

  • Prior presentation experience strongly preferred
  • Series 7 and Series 63 licenses
  • Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred
  • Strong financial industry knowledge; financial industry experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree

  • 75% travel, including overnight travel

  • Deliver high quality in-person Employee Meetings, along with web-based meetings, representing Fidelity with the utmost professionalism.

  • Proactively work with Implementation and Relationship Management to collect all relevant details of the client needs and goals to prepare for an effective meeting.

  • Manage client expectations and effectively negotiate unique requests.

  • Provide accurate and complete reporting after completion of campaigns including event specifics, feedback and recommendations for improvements.
