  • As a CSR / Account Administrator within our team, you will need to be well organized and possess excellent interpersonal/communication skills with an attention to details.
  • Ideal candidate should also be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced work environment. Must service customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Process account maintenance and various mutual fund transactions.
  • Analyze and respond to mutual fund correspondence via letter or phone call.
  • Log all transactions and calls.
  • Pay close attention to detail, process work accurately.
  • Meet quality and production goals.
  • Keeping up to date on changes to industry and business processes.
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Ability to verbally communicate effectively with the Advisors regarding service issues. Ability to read and interpret company policies, operations manuals, and technical guides.


  • Strong focus on customer service, flexibility, attention to detail, good organizational skills, ability to prioritize, excellent communication skills, and ability to work in a multi-task environment.
  • Answering inbound retail and retirement Mutual Fund calls.
  • Process account maintenance and various mutual fund transactions.
  • Analyze and respond to mutual fund correspondence via letter or phone call.
  • Other duties as assigned


  • 1 + years in Financial Services Industry (preferred)
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred but not necessary
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Must be well organized
  • Good problem solving and analytical skills
  • Strong Customer and Team Orientation
  • Great interpersonal/communication skills
