AIG's Global Legal, Compliance, Regulatory and Government Affairs (GLCR) department is comprised of attorneys and other professionals providing high quality advisory and transactional support with integrity and objectivity across all parts of the organization. The team ensures an operating environment that minimizes legal, regulatory and reputational risks and complies with all laws and regulations and AIG policies & procedures.

AIG has an opportunity for a Disclosures Attorney - Assistant General Counsel to join its Legal Team.
The Disclosure Attorney will be responsible for AIG Disclosures, including press releases, quarterly reports, proxy statements, website disclosures, etc.
Also included in the role are -
- Public company reporting and disclosure, including Form 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, Proxy Statement;
- Capital markets and bank financing;
- Corporate governance;
- Equity compensation plans; or
- Executive compensation.
· Four to seven years of major law firm experience;
· Strong legal, drafting and analytical skills;
· Strong attention to detail; and
· A team player who will work well with team members, the broader legal department and clients.
