- Maintain high work standards reviewing/processing complex financial and non-financial documents
- Exercise positive customer relationship skills when communicating and ensure that all communications provide the correct level of detail, professionalism and accuracy.
- Ensure compliance, quality, and production with all transactions
- Perform business processing transactions which are non-repetitive, but routine, based on set guidelines
What we are looking for:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Computer experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to maneuver between multiple operating systems
- Proven customer service skills
- Demonstrated logical thinking and problem solving skills
