The Manager of Ops Reporting responsibilities include, but are not be limited to the following:

Manage and oversee collection of outstanding collateral and execution of legal agreements on a timely basis.

Coordinate between Credit, U/W, Collateral Management Team/ Treasury to effectively effectuate collateral swaps, replacements and non renewals of Letters of Credit.

Facilitate and monitor Collateral Calls for All Risk Management accounts.

Facilitate and monitor Cancellation Notices for non payment of premium, collateral and/or Loss Re.

Maintain an up to date Security and Legal Tracking reports.

On a weekly basis run a Legal and Security submission report to review and check against the Security Tracking report.

On a weekly basis upload Collateral and Legal report to the Flex website.

On a weekly basis check all collateral payments have been made in a timely manner. If not, reach out to u/w and Credit for a status update and resolution.

On a weekly basis Legal documentation tracking report to be uploaded to iSuite and ServiceNow.

On a monthly basis run a collateral tracking report in Credit Control Database to ensuring data consistency and accuracy.

On a monthly basis run an Accounts Security and Legal Info report in DMS MHO (monthly home office) to compare to the prior months for any new accounts and changes in Security and Legal documentation outstanding items.

Lead monthly legal meetings for Risk Management business with underwriters to provide updates on outstanding documentation and collateral.

Keep senior management advised of outstanding documentation via legal tracking report that has been uploaded to iSuite and ServiceNow.
