Registered Sales Assistant and Paraplanner
Successful small downtown wealth management firm seeking a positive upbeat person who is a highly motivated self-starter, organized and detail oriented but flexible and can multi task, for a Registered Sales Assistant and Paraplanner. Individual will assist with the analysis and use of insurance and investment products and programs for high net worth families and successful corporations.
Will be part of a small friendly team, focused on investment planning and insurance planning as applied to retirement and estate planning, asset management, and overall wealth management client needs. Must be efficient and able to prioritize.
Duties include: client service, responsible for office operation and management, administrative support, review, research and analyze products, help prepare presentations, use of illustration systems and industry software, participate in client meetings.

Requirements: Must have life insurance licenses, securities licenses series 7, 63, 66 or equivalent. Minimum 3 years’ experience. PowerPoint, Excel, Word, database literacy.
