AIG Global Claims Services, Inc.
Make follow up calls to vendors to obtain required supporting documentation, as necessary.
Ensure high rate of productivity with vendor request team.
Ensure all vendor requests with required supporting documentation are routed to the Vendor Maintenance Unit in accordance with operational guidelines.
Maintain high level of customer service and respond within 1 business day to customer concerns, both internal and external.
Perform necessary follow up on items assigned and monitor through until completion.
Ensure that all requests are completed with accuracy.
