Stock Plan Services Mid Market Account Executive
The VP/Account Executive is responsible for selling Stock Plan Services to prospective new clients in a direct business-to-business (B2B) channel.
The Expertise We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree.
5 - 8 years of financial services experience preferred.
FINRA Series 7 or 6 & 63 required
The Purpose of Your Role
Your role is to prospect and build relationships with publicly traded companies with equity plan values more than $25m and below $100m that are interested in Fidelity's stock plan administration and brokerage services. Through your prospecting and relationship building efforts you will lead consultative sales presentations, often with other team members, helping find solutions for your prospective clients' problems.

This role will allow you to develop prospects from proactive phone calls and marketing efforts as well as through building relationships with internal Fidelity lead sources. As the sales lead, you will be responsible for leading the sales team members to present to prospective customers.
