This role is a VALIC Financial Advisors, Inc, “front-line” position. As a Customer Service Representative Professional, you will be required to use excellent communication skills and broker dealer knowledge to resolve financial advisors and client inquiries.
Call Center Service Specialist acts as an advocate for VFA Broker Dealer by utilizing excellent communication, problem solving, research and analytical skills to assist with complex issues regarding account balances; account transfers; document forms, general inquires and training. This is a position that provides support to the financial advisors and their clients. The Customer Service Professional will review and provide responses with favorable resolutions for 80% of the calls received. When necessary, advice is given to the appropriate departments when corrective action is required. Follow up is vital.
