Roles & Responsibilities: i. Provide User Support to the underwriting community by responding to user inquiries in a timely fashion (generally 24 hours for non-complex items). ii. Analyze reported system problems, evaluate issues, research for resolution and offer solutions for improvements. iii. Evaluate system behavior and assess the need for system overrides reporting issue analysis to management for signoff and approval (timeframes vary depending on complexity). iv. Execute UAT testing for all assigned maintenance release items including the documentation of all test results. v. Develop, document and deliver requirements for 2-3 issues weekly stemming from system issues or improvements. vi. Process DMS cancellations within 3 business days and immediate reinstatements as requested. vii. Coordinate with the UW community to ensure the system is continually updated for management reporting purposes enforcing the need to book or purge events and marking accounts as lost or declined. viii. Run miscellaneous reports for DMS and UW community on an as needed basis. ix. Rebook historical contracts for direct and reinsurance placements as needed.

Job Requirements:
Technical Skills & Expertise Required: i. Analytical and quantitative skills ii. Detailed knowledge of casualty systems (DMS, AIWCS, eUPS, eStart, SAP, CRS, TPAIR) iii. Knowledge of casualty underwriting and reinsurance processes and concepts iv. Background in Underwriting, AIWCS, eUPS and / or Fusion strongly preferred
