What You Will Be Doing: Supporting a Senior Regional Director of Administration, Operations Manager, and Marketing Manager, with correspondence, presentations, reporting, travel, calendar and other administrative functions. - Handle all incoming phone calls, mail, coordinating and scheduling travel, conference calls, and meeting calendar. - Interact with clients and senior management as first contact representative of the Sr. RDA office - Create, compile and distribute statistical reporting; create spreadsheet templates as needed - All other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:
Requirements: Must have strong computer and technology skills: - Advanced MS office suite skills (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) - Advanced skills in Outlook calendar and email management - I-Phone and Dell Laptop technology problem solving, as needed - Previous experience in a financial services environment helpful - Two to five years office experience, five years preferred - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills required - Strong administrative and communication skills required - Self-starter who must be able to follow through on projects; ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously Office Location: VALIC Tampa, FL Specific Requirements: -High school graduate or equivalent required, including experience with customer service interactions. -3-5 years office experience, with 5 years preferred
